Safe and Sound Protocol
Participants will commit to listening to ten, 30-minute sessions (this may may be modified if neccesary depending on progress). The program will be completed remotely (at home). Participants will complete intake forms and initial assessments before beginning the protocol and will have access to the supervising therapist via chat or email throughout to fine tune the protocol and answer any related questions.
You will recieve next steps via email once the SSP is purchased. Please reach out to garrett@bluetidetherapy.com if you do not recieve instructions within 2 hours of placing your order.
Over the ear headphones are required for the SSP. They must cover the entire ear and if they have a noise canceling feature, it will have to be turned off while listening to the protocol.
